Dry January ended – How about Fitness February at Imber?

Successful dry January? Well for some some anyway…  What have we got to look forward to during February then. Lots of fitness options of course. Simon & Lee will keeping you Imber Gym members busy with three separate circuit training sessions throughout the week – just turn up and get stuck in.

If you like mixing it up you can combine these with our two Boxercise sessions on Sundays and Thursdays free for our Gym & Swimming Pool members, and if water is your thing do not forget the Imber Pool where there is Aquafit on Tuesday & Thursday mornings and Thursday evenings.

………..and let’s not forget our good friends and partners based at Imber Court who provide a variety of other fitness activities all with great discounts for Imber members; Crossfit2012 , Zoe Hodgson’s Pilates , Tae Kwon-Do and the LUXe Bootcamp
